Pineapple Homes Central is a privately owned property development company based in Worcestershire specialising in the construction of premium, bespoke properties.
Pineapple Homes Central is a Midlands based development company who concentrate on building only within the Midlands. Because of this we have excellent local and community knowledge, but more importantly we are able to continuously use the same talented tradesman on our sites to guarantee premium properties.
As a New Homes Developer our main priority is to provide exceptionally designed homes using the best craftmanship and materials.
The team at Pineapple are a talented group who all have a shared interest in property spending the majority, if not all of our careers to date working with in construction, design, house sales or land acquisition.
Since 2020 Pineapple Homes Central have been tailoring house types, interior specification, build techniques and customer interaction with the sole aim of enhancing all these skills, experiences and knowledge so that you the purchaser can have the highest confidence in the house we hand over on completion day.

Design & Build
The design and construction team at Pineapple Homes Central love to be challenged and this is shown in the quality of our house building. Our house types have been designed to be both aesthetically pleasing externally and internally as well as offering a space that purchasers can be proud of. Great thought has gone into the design of each house type as the sales team at Pineapple have viewed and sold 1000s of new build properties previously. This invaluable experience has meant that when drawing layouts and floor plans, firstly we have considered what people need, secondly what people want and then we have made sure it will work as a liveable space.
The architect and construction team have specified the best materials and products to use within the build of our properties. It doesn’t stop there, we look at the street scene and landscaping of a site to deliver a complete development that buyers are proud to invite their friends and families to see.
Customer Interaction
When you buy a Pineapple Home you won’t just deal with one person. You will be looked after by Emma and guided step by step through the purchase, and in addition, you will get to meet most of the team who are all hands on and present during each stage of the build and customer journey.
The Pineapple Team don’t just work 9-5, Monday to Friday, we are flexible when it comes to meeting customers around other commitments. We encourage purchasers to regularly be in contact for updates and site visits once Health and Safety guidance allows it.

At Pineapple Homes Central when purchasing land, we look to make sure the site can also offer a lifestyle to the residents. We look at the quality of local shops, the Ofsted rating of local schools, gym facilities and Tripadvisor reviews of restaurants and pubs nearby.
