We visited Priory Farm during an open day, simply to gather some inspiration for our next home. However, from the moment we arrived we fell in love with the location and the quality of the development. We had never seen a new build development with so much character.
From start to finish, Andy and Emma made the entire experience an absolute pleasure. Andy’s expertise and attention to detail were evident from day one. Seeing the pride he takes in his work and the genuine care he puts into every home gave us the confidence in our decision. Emma was equally fantastic, always approachable, helpful, and quick to answer any questions we had. More often than not, she had already anticipated what we needed and had everything in hand before we even had to ask.
Since moving in, the finished property is wonderful, with every detail carefully considered, right down to the natural landscaping surrounding all the plots. To see so many beautiful, established trees at a new build development is a rarity, but one Emma fought hard to make sure was maintained. With added features to the property such as bat bricks, bird houses and insect hotels, Emma made sure that throughout the development she was still mindful of protecting the environment as best she could, and looking after the local wildlife. The overall build has been done to such a high standard and the quality of workmanship throughout is remarkable. We are so proud to call it our home.
Beyond the house itself, Priory Farm offers a perfect balance of countryside surroundings and access to local amenities, including Ventura Park. Most importantly, it provides a wonderful environment in which to raise our family.
We are absolutely delighted with our decision and would wholeheartedly recommend Pineapple Homes to anyone looking for a beautifully built home, delivered by people who genuinely care about both the properties they create and the people who live in them.

We moved into one of three newly built houses by Pineapple Homes in the grounds of Rigby Hall, Bromsgrove.
The completion date had been delayed considerably due to the extremely wet Autumn in 2019. Throughout we were kept appraised of progress and had several reassuring meetings on site.
In spite of the continued awful weather, when we finally moved in, all the flooring and carpets were fitted and the house was very warm and dry. We cannot praise highly enough the quality of the build by Pineapple Homes ; from the high calibre insulation and glazing to the natural stone window surrounds and quality fencing round a very large garden.
Internally, all the fixtures and fittings were high quality and tastefully chosen. Any extra choices we made were dealt with immediately by Emma – her communication was five star ! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she went over and above to ensure that our new home exceeded all expectations.
We have been in our new house for nine months now, and, in spite of Covid and the builders being furloughed, there was nothing too major to be completed and gradually all the snagging has been completed. We cannot praise Pineapple Homes highly enough for their professionalism, attention to detail and communication at every turn – and we love our new home.

We bought our amazing new home off-plan in the very early stages of construction.
Andy Kemp was in charge of building the 1500 sq ft 4 bedroom house and he had the added pressure of us wanting to be involved in various different stages of the build. Andy was fantastic – allocating us time throughout the different stages to visit the site, sometimes with the children, so we could all be involved in seeing our dream home being built.
Doing this enabled us to see this was a real labour of love for Andy, Emma and the team. We could see that quality was consistently being put before everything else and having now moved into our new home we couldn’t be happier with the highest standards of craftsmanship.
From day one Emma Kemp was our main point-of-contact and she could not have been more attentive. This has been consistent throughout! Communication has been excellent with Emma always responding to phone calls and emails on the same day.
Not only were we kept up-to-date, at the various build stages, but we were also given lots of opportunities to be involved in the design changes as the build progressed.
Andy, Emma and the team pulled out all the stops to enable us to move into our new home before Christmas 2019. I know this added lots of pressure on them but they really put themselves out to get us in and we can’t thank them enough.
Having purchased a new build previously we were nervous about the snagging stage. However, when we moved in their were only a handful of minor snags and to say Emma and Andy were all over them is a massive understatement.
Not only did they get the snagging sorted as quickly as they could but they also arranged for the work to be carried out around our work and family commitments. This made the snagging process ‘pain free’ which was a million miles away from what we had experienced previously.
To summarise, the build quality is exceptional. Customer service has been amazing. Andy, Emma and all the i-Furb team were fantastic and it has been a real pleasure to get to know them all.
We wish we could buy another home from them but we are keeping this one forever so we can’t
We wasn’t disappointed with the Rigby Hall standard, our property ‘The Ballroom Suite’ was wonderful in spec, chosen design and this matched perfectly with our chosen furniture.
Like any new renovation there have been a couple of minor items to address, but the attention given the focus, flexibility and after sales support has been a credit to both Emma and Andy and we are truly happy with our new home following a huge downsize for us.
